POLICY

The allocation of space in university facilities and modification of facility space assignments is a function of the Buildings, Grounds and Facilities Committee which consists of the President's Council, one dean appointed by the Deans, one chair appointed by the Chair's Council and the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Facilities. Meetings of the committee are called by the chair.

PROCEDURES

Requests for allocation of facility space or modification of facility space assignments are submitted to the Buildings, Grounds and Facilities Committee through one of the following channels:

  1. The vice chancellor for research and academic affairs.

  2. The vice president for finance and administration.

  3. The vice president for university advancement.

  4. The vice chancellor for student affairs.

POLICY RECOMMENDATIONS

Policy recommendations are made to the vice president for finance and administration.
