POLICY
  1. Eligibility to use the pavilion is determined by the vice chancellor for student affairs in accordance with established procedures.
  2. Lessees of Convocation Center space may use the pavilion with prior approval of the vice chancellor for student affairs, payment of the appropriate fee when applicable, and in accordance with university policies.
  3. The university reserves the right to refuse use of its facilities to any group or individual if deemed in the best interest of the university.  The university also retains the right to cancel any contract for non-compliance by written notice to the contractor.
REGULATIONS
  1. The user organization must adhere to the university's policies and conduct regulations, and assure that the nature of its activities are within the constraints of local, state and federal laws.
  2. Student organizations are limited to reserving no more than 5 dates at a time.
  3. Non-student organizations must refer to Student Affairs for usage restrictions.
  4. Recognized university organizations shall not serve as a conduit through which other organizations may seek use of a university facility.
  5. Failure to comply with any of the above will result in discontinued use of any of the university facilities for a period of time which may range from cancellation of one date to indefinite suspension.
PROCEDURES

In order to use the facilities listed above, the following procedures must be completed:

  1. A representative of the organization must check the university calendar in Student Affairs for prior scheduling.

  2. An activity report must be completed and returned to Student Affairs.

  3. Organizations using university facilities must comply with the "facility agreement" and pay the appropriate fee.

  4. Appeals may be made to the Student Affairs Committee.
