Subject:  Archival Fee Charges 

POLICY

If an agency provides the services of an instructor and classroom and laboratory facilities, and makes all arrangements for establishing the class, the university charges 25 percent of the normal tuition fee for archival purposes.

Center for Regional Programs personnel normally coordinate the registration and bill for the charge.  Fees collected are deposited into the appropriate tuition income account.

(Approval to grant credit for courses in which archival charges are made follows regular established procedures through the appropriate curriculum council.)
