POLICY

Private donor records should be treated as confidential information and should not be released or accessed without specific approval of the president, vice president for university advancement, or designated officials in the Development Office.

1. Under no circumstances shall such records be released for the primary purpose of private enterprise or gain.

2. All Freedom of Information Act regulations shall be observed.
