PROCEDURES

Requests for review, investigation, and modification of administrative software are submitted on the "Request for Administrative Software" form.  Each request is assigned a priority category for further review.  If the request specifically relates to the IA (SCT) administrative software products, the "Request for IA (SCT) Software Modifications" form is also completed.
