Subject: Complimentary Tickets

POLICY

Complimentary tickets for university-sponsored functions, such as student honors banquets, may be given to the following:

  1. Students being honored and their guests, which would normally include spouses, dates, children, parents, etc.

  2. Members of the ASU Board of Trustees, the president of the university, the vice presidents, and their spouses.

  3. Federal, state, county and city officers and their guests and spouses.

  4. Speakers, entertainers, and other persons participating in an event and their spouses.
Note: Complimentary tickets to athletic events are governed by the Athletic Department, Complimentary Ticket Policy and by NCAA regulations.
