Purpose

This manual provides a record of policies and procedures which may have a general university-wide application or information which does not appear in other publications. However, policies in this manual are by no means inclusive.

Preparation and Maintenance

The preparation and maintenance of this manual is under the direction of the vice chancellor for finance and administration. Additions and/or revisions are made as needed. University staff members may submit suggestions for additions and/or revisions.

Organization

The manual is organized into the six sections: Academic Affairs, Administration, Facilities and Services, Finance and Administration, University Advancement, and Human Resources. Additional sections may be added in the future.

A copy of this manual is available to departments at http://finance.astate.edu/policies.html.
